About Us
Established in 2005 in Bulgaria as Mulliner Ltd, our journey began with a bold vision to revolutionize the metallurgy industry. Starting as a wholesaler of metallurgy products, we quickly gained recognition for our commitment to quality, efficiency, and strategic growth. Within a few years, Mulliner Ltd became the fourth-largest exporter of metallurgy goods in Bulgaria, earning a reputation as a reliable and innovative leader in the field. In 2013, this remarkable success led to the acquisition of our metallurgy division by Mechel Metallurgy PAO, a prominent Russian mining and metals company. This transition marked a pivotal milestone in our history, allowing us to refocus our efforts on broader, more diverse ventures. Following the acquisition, Mulliner International Gmbh was established, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. This new phase of our business emphasized investments in commercial real estate across Europe, where we built a robust portfolio of properties that remain under active management to this day. In 2015, our ambitions expanded beyond Europe with the creation of Mulliner International, headquartered in the United States. Initially dedicated to residential real estate, our American subsidiary rapidly evolved, diversifying into e-commerce by 2017. This expansion reflected our ongoing commitment to exploring emerging markets and adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and industries. Since 2020, Mulliner International has also built a strong reputation as a trusted consultant to industries spanning Europe, Asia, and North America.
